UPS does not require a signature. However, if nobody answers the door, they will make every effort to leave your order in a secure place. If deemed not secure, they will leave a note and will either try again the next day or request that you pick the package up at the nearest UPS store.
All in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours (usually within 24), weekdays only. All orders are shipped via UPS ground.
All Knetgolf deliveries are sent via UPS ground. Depending on your location deliveries are made between the hours of 8am - 9pm.
Depending on location, your order will arrive 1 - 8 business days after your order has left our fulfillment center.
Yes! You will be emailed by UPS (Quantum View) and Knetgolf with your tracking number. You can then track the progress of your order at UPS.com
Not if you live in the United States. Canadian customers are charged GST and Ontario customers are charged HST. No American or Canadian orders are charged duties, customs or tariff fees. Some countries (other than the USA or Canada) do charge duties, vat's and or taxes. Please speak to your local UPS or customs office in order to determine if your country will add any costs to your order.
Note to US customers: Starting in 2010 some US Banks have begun charging the credit cardholder a small 1-2% foreign transaction fee if you pay by certain credit cards. This will show up as a separate Foreign Transaction fee on your statement. They impose this as our credit card processing is in Canada and it is basically a cash grab from the banks. KNETGOLF DOES NOT RECEIVE THESE FUNDS. THEY ARE KEPT BY YOUR BANK. We do not agree with this cash grab and have fought with the banks vigorously to no avail.
Although it usually a very small amount depending on the size of your order ($.50 -$2.00) it is an annoyance for our customers. Thus even though we do not receive that money we have decided to refund any customer that faxes a copy of that charge on their statement to us at 905-470-7765 or scans and emails a copy to helpdesk@knetgolf.com. Please include the credit card statement copy showing the charge and your name and invoice or order number. Please do not phone in for this refund.
We feel in order to best serve our customers that we will absorb this unnecessary cash grab by the banks.
To avoid this extra charge it appears that if you pay by Paypal that this charge does not occur. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience that the banking system may cause you but we can only control what we do.
UPS cannot deliver to Military Bases or Post Office Boxes, please supply an alternate shipping address.
