This is a good ball
The Gamer might be listed here as a "distance" ball, but it's a little better than that. It does fly like a "distance" ball, but the difference is in short approach shots and greenside "touch" shots. I personally find that it behaves much like a more expensive ball, especially when it comes to crucial short chips or pitches. The Gamer hops left or right and checks up very well, as opposed to a low- compression "distance" ball. The Gamer is worth the money. If you play enough, you'll know that this ball does indeed perform like you would expect a three-piece ball to perform. I can't buy "more game" by spending more money on a ball at my level. I'm happy with the Gamer.
