Package Delivery

All orders are shipped from Sugar Land, Texas. 

- FedEx Delivery will take 1-5 Business Days.
- FedEx Free Shipping will take 7-10 Business Days.
- FedEx Delivers Tuesday - Saturday.

Free Ground Shipping Over $74

- Free Shipping within the continental U.S. and the 10 Canadian provinces over $74 before shipping and taxes.
- FedEx Free Shipping will take 7-10 Business Days in the continental U.S. and 10-12 Business Days in the 10 Canadian provinces.
- However, in Canada if your postal code has a “0” as its second digit (i.e L0E1R2) then there will be an extended area surcharge that Fedex charges us for rural deliveries. Once the complete shipping address is entered on the checkout page the exact shipping cost will appear to you before completing the checkout.

 

Taxes, Duties or Other Fees 

- If you live in the United States, there are no taxes, duties or other fees added to your order.
- Canadian customers are charged GST and Ontario customers are charged HST. Some countries do charge duties, vat's and or taxes. Please speak to your local Fedex or customs office in order to determine if your country will add any costs to your order.

 

Shipping outside the 48 US states 

- Any duties, tariffs or fees imposed (if any) by your government or local tax or customs agency on Fedex Shipped Orders will be calculated at the time of purchase and will take approximately 10-14 business days.
- Any duties, tariffs or fees imposed (if any) by your government or local tax and customs agency on USPS Shipped Orders will be the repsonsibility of the customer and will take approximately 10-14 business days.
- Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box, APO, DPO, FPO Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands will all be shipped by FedEx SmartPost and will take approximately 10-14 Business Days.
- Items are shipped the next business day after payment.
- Time in transit does not include actual day the item leaves our facility.

Return Questions 

The order I received is missing products or was damaged, what do I do?

If shipment is received short or damaged from the carrier, we must file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, or credit cannot be given. Knetgolf.com must be notified within 5 business days.
