Warranty and Returns

Knetgolf.com stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having happy customers that not only can’t wait to shop again but go out and tell their friends about Knetgolf.com. That’s why we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 30 days for a 100% refund (excluding shipping charges).

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in an unused condition as how we shipped them. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned (not shipping charges). Knetgolf.com reserves the right to assess a restocking charge on all closeout items and items listed with an * (asterisk), i.e. items not normally stocked. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.

Please contact Knetgolf.com by phone or E-Mail if you should need to return an item. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in an unused condition from when you received it.

All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period Knetgolf.com will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular problem.

Please Note: Returned Wholesale orders may attract a 15% restocking fee.

Clubs

All clubs are returnable within thirty (30) days of receipt whether used or not.

If unused we will refund or replace your purchase at your option.

If the clubs have been used you will receive a full credit for your purchase (excluding shipping) that you can use toward any other Knetgolf.com product -- now or in the future.

Balls

If you are not 100% satisfied with your premium recycled golf ball order, then just return them for a prompt exchange or refund, whichever you choose.

Other Products

All other products come with a 30 day satisfaction warranty unless otherwise stated.

Before returning any merchandise, a return authorization number must be obtained from customer service by calling 1-877-563-8877. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of authorization date and defective items must be clearly marked as to nature of defect.  Defective merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only, and we reserve the right to determine whether or not merchandise is to be repaired or replaced.  Merchandise will not be replaced if customer abuse is evident. The Customer is responsible for ALL freight charges on all returned items.

Shipping Discrepancies

If shipment is received short or damaged from the carrier, we must file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, or credit cannot be given.  Knetgolf.com must be notified within 5 business days. You must keep all original packaging for claims to be approved.
