These are the terms which we use when we grade our balls. Mint being the highest, then Grade A, followed by Grade B. It’s mainly color and minor scuffing which determines the grade but all of our balls are playable, have no cuts and are backed up by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. A golf ball can only be water-logged if the outer cover is penetrated, allowing the water in. But don’t worry, even if a ball’s cover has been breached, it would never make it past our tough quality control, so you’ll never see it.

We pride ourselves on our very strict quality control process. Each golf ball is handled by no less than four employees before making it to the refinishing line. This ensures that every ball ends up where it is supposed to be.

It’s really quite simple. We collect the balls, wash them in a non-toxic solution, then another non-toxic solution, to get them super clean. Then we grade them, brand sort them, type sort them and package them. See for yourself. Click Here.

We lightly sand off the clear coat and first layer of paint. We then re-apply a new paint layer, stamp the ball in the same font as the new ball manufacturer, and clear coat it. Each ball is then stress-tested in a number of ways to ensure it performs just like new!

Mint: A ball that has been hit only a few times.
Grade A: A ball with minor surface blemishes and minor to moderate ink marks.
